After more than 30 years in the restaurant industry, she decided to do for herself what she had been doing for others…run a successful restaurant the way she wanted. Our 5 inch wide biscuits are made fresh every morning. They make our breakfast sandwiches one of kind and are also great with gravy or one of our homemade jams.

We use only the freshest and most natural ingredients possible. Zero preservatives or colorings, just homestyle jams and jellies including strawberry jam, marmalade, and grape jelly, and savory options like mint or Jalepeno pepper jelly.
